Who We Are
We are an Organization that support to the Environmental protection and Climate change Adaptation (OSEPCCA)
OSEPCCA is a non-profit, non-governmental organization operating in Rwanda, addressing climate change effects through adaptation and mitigation, smart agriculture, food security, and environmental degradation.
It was legally recognized and registered by the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) as a National NGO on September 3, 2012, and obtained legal personality in 2014 under registration number No: 25/2014.
Intervention strategy
Our approach aims to empower and support communities through enhancing livelihood activities to reduce pressure on natural resources by emphasizing on women and youth in every endeavors.

Our objectives are structured to achieve tangible outcomes.
- Build climate resilience in communities through community-based initiatives,
- Provide comprehensive capacity building through training programs,

Our Vision
Our vision at OSEPCCA is to actively engage and involve local communities, with a special emphasis on youth, children, and women, in initiatives focused on climate change, smart agriculture, and the conservation of natural resources and biodiversity.
Our Goals
Our goals are to promote conservation and sustainable natural resource use, developing strategies for climate adaptation and mitigation, providing comprehensive capacity building, promoting sustainable agricultural practices, and improving local communities’ socio-economic conditions.
