Mr. Majyambere Mustapha
Legal representative
Mr. Majyambere Mustapha, Rwandan by nationality, with over 20 years of experience in
organization management, As a founder member, he currently serves as the legal
representative of OSEPCCA-NGO. His pivotal role in strengthening the organization
has been instrumental in ensuring compliance with legal requirements in Rwanda.
Furthermore, Majyambere Mustapha plays a significant role in various projects that
have made substantial contributions to the social development of the country. His leadership and expertise have been integral to OSEPCCA-NGO’s commitment to
fostering positive change and impact within Rwanda
Mr. Nshimiyimana Juvenal
Deputy Legal Representative
Mr. NSHIMIYIMANA Juvenal, is a Rwandan by nationality, he is one of the founder
members of OSEPCCA-NGO, having been part of the organization since 2012, As a
first member, he played a pivotal role in its formation and shaping its vision.
Presently, he serves as the deputy legal representative of OSEPCCA-NGO. With a
wealth of experience in project management and fundraising, Mr. NSHIMIYIMANA
Juvenal has played a pivotal role in stimulating and positioning the organization in
alignment with the legal requirements in Rwanda. Furthermore, he has been a key
player in the design, implementation, and evaluation of various projects funded by
notable entities such as IFDC, IFAD, UNDP/RGB, OIF, Pawanka Fund, Terrafund/AFR100. These projects significantly contribute to the socio-economic development of the Rwandan population under his dedicated leadership.
Mr.Tuyisingize Jerome
Senior Technical Advisor
Mr Jerome has Master’s in accounting and finance with specialization in project management. He has also Master of Science in Forestry, he has also bachelor’s degree in Agroforestry with 15 years of experience
Mr. Jean d’Amour Maniriho
Program Manager
Mr Jean d’Amour is a Rwandan by nationality and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from the University of Rwanda and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management and Biodiversity Conservation in University of Rwanda.
He is a program manager in an Organization for Support to the Environmental Protection and Climate Change Adaptation (OSEPCCA-NGO), he earned certificates from Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Network in Nairobi-Kenya in the field of Public Management, he is now an alumni of YALI. With diverse experiences, he played a pivotal role in regreening Africa and forest landscape restoration projects as a District Coordinator with the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF). He also worked hands-on as a Field Technician in the Kayonza Irrigation and Integrated Watershed Management Project (KIIWP), focusing on tree plantation. He is affiliated with the Center of Excellence in Biodiversity Conservation and Natural Resources Management (CoEB) at the University of Rwanda, where he collaborates on research exploring the effects of lightning strikes in tropical forests, specifically in NNP. This work involves collaboration with Dr. Martin Sullivan from Manchester Metropolitan University.
Nyamuniga Robert
Directeur Administrative and Finance
Nyamuniga Robert is Rwandan by Nationality, he holds bachelor degree of Business administration in Finance and he has experience of 14 years in administration and finance. CPA holder from Kenya Level II ( Kasneb) in advanced level. He is now a Master’s student of Business and administration in finance and accounting in University of Kigali.
Mrs. Muhayimana Janviere
Project manager
MRS. MUHAYIMANA JANVIERE, she is Rwandan by nationality and very experienced in forest implementation projects. She is certificate in Climate Change and Health from YALE University, 2021 Training in Climate Change Impacts mitigation, Nairobi, 2009 Certificate Natural Resources Management from US Forestry Service, July 2011 -Certificate in Bamboo Technologies from Bamboo Research Centre in China, October 2011. -Certificate on Data Management for Genetic Trials, May 2011. _Certificate in Environment Management in Refugees Situation Kigali, 2009.
